according to the entry into force of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 to inform you, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the Decree, that your personal data are treated as data, from A SpA, with legal office in Via Cusani 23-20121 Milan, for the recruitment and selection of staff, creation of job profiles and programming activity.

a) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him and the communication in an intelligible form of the data and of their origin, the logic on which it is based;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
c) the updating, correction or, if you are interested, integration of data.
The Applicant has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him.
