THE HOTEL

The hotel is a new modern building part of a larger project consisting of a tower building with offices, a shopping mall with food arcade, a fitness centre, an underground parking and a public garden of 30,000sqm.
The hotel's building contains 140 rooms between the second and the eight floors. The penthouse hosts 16 suites and residence apartments with kitchen corner.
The meeting centre, where all rooms have natural light, takes the first floor. The restaurant, the lounge bar, and the main hall are at the ground floor. 
Internet connection with Wireless System in all the structure.
The main focus in the project is the eco sustainability, the energetic performance, and the use of renewable energy sources.
The office tower will become a landmark for the city and the region, becoming a visible icon and the tallest building in Emilia-Romagna
